Motivational Website For Aggressive Realtor

Over the years I have found some great websites with other fellow realtor agents including this one... http://www.activerain.com/ another cool site an agent told me about was http://www.mindtools.com/ which focuses on personal development...man I would love a directory of realtor tools from you guys! I have found that http://www.inmannews.com/ is a great site for realtors...also my website updates daily on real estate news at http://www.tomsellsdover.com/ Do you have any particular sites you favor that you think could benefit another fellow realtor? It could be anything from personal development, news, listings, seo search engine marking, or something else...anything...I kinda crave this information and will add it to my personal favorites list I have stored J Thanks for your help and please post your comment ASAP ...I can't wait to see me "Halloween treats" from you guys J

Do you transmit your listings?

I am really considering using Talking House To transmit all my listings.  I have also seen some other transmitters online for this.  Have you had a transmitter at one or all of your listings? Have you found a higher call volume from the transmitter or transmitters? I truly believe this is a great marketing niche that most agents are not using in their listings.  Do you find it easier to get listings using the transmitter? I would imagine so and will soon make the upgrades needed to promote all of my listings.  I am considering purchasing about 6-10 transmitters.  Thanks and I look forward to your posted comments.

Did You spend over $5,000.00? Spending Within Limits

I have found so far agents spending $20,000.00 a year or more on their real estate business but is this really necessary? I recently wrote a blog and determined that agents should be around the $5,000.00 average mark.  What do you think the average would be?  Did you pass the $5,000.00 price mark this year? If so why?  Was the investments worth it or did you max out your bank account?  Just curious!

Just a recommended Coach I found last year. Tom Davis - Delaware Real Estate- Free Home Search 24/7

Real estate is all about marketing, prospecting and getting that client to understand that we are in it for the long haul.  If your needing some tips on marketing I have found Todd Bates to be a great coach in the real estate industry and he provides all kinds of tips...when I joined it cost about $1,000.00 to be part of his program but for the lifetime cost benefit I have found it to be an effective investment and have already enjoyed many of his cds and stuff from his website.  www.mymclient.com So if you need that extra little boost you might want to give him a try and I was not paid to say this but I do think he offers a fair service.

Hey Everyone!

Recently in the last 2 years blogging has become essential for business.  I particularly enjoy blogger.com but now we find so many new blogging websites...we can run searches in the search engine on blogging sites and find so many but with so many to choose from it makes your mind wonder which one has more search engine friendly features.  Obviously I have not tried them all yet but have been doing some "beta" tests to see what is doing what.  Now we have "Paid" blogging websites...I personally have been using all of the free blogs just fine but have any of you tried some of the "PAID BLOG SITES?" For example we have the one advertised on Active Rain ?  Also which Free bogs do you like best ?  Just wondering since this is a newer trend in America..all this blogging we do...and oh I can't forget the famous activerain.com website...I love this site ! We all learn so much don't we?? Thanks u all!

I WANT TO KNOW YOUR YEARLY EXPENSES! I AM TALLYING THE RESULTS

Fee's Fee's Fee's All Add Up....I recently added up all the real estate fees...I came up with a figure of over $7,000 a year...hymm a hefty amount but it costs money to make money.  My first year don't ask me how I spent $43,000.00 but I did...gulp! GULP! Luckily it was not put on credit...I did set aside money for the business start up.  Hymm How much can you honestly say you spend every year on all expenses! I am tallying the results and see what kind of average agents spend and see if I am in line with other agents or if I am clearly overspending and have to trim things a bit..Hymm this would be great if I can get some honest responses, Thanks everyone!

Sincerely,

Tom

Good Reliable Website Hosts...Hymmm

Service Is Important to me and as an agent commited to top service...I want to ensure my website is running smoothly at all times...It seems like the company I've been using from California has been short staffed and it seems more difficult to get changes done to my website...The Problem is I just can't cancel and shift somewhere else immediately due to a 2 year PRE-Paid site I bought..so while I am getting ready for the site to expire next June I am contemplating changing service providers for my website.. I was wondering do you know of a reputable website company with Fair pricing and good customer service?  Is their a company that sticks out in your mind?  I will investigate everything you guys tell me and it will be a huge help!  Again Thanks And I hope I find something good! Take Care!

Sincerely,

Tom
