As A Realtor Do We Have Enough Time??  Nope...But we have to make time for the important stuff in our business.  We all are working our 70+ hour work weeks today to ensure customers get the satisfaction they deserve.  Have a rule in place for follow up calls....Are u available 24/7?  Or Do you have a policy for following up with all calls within a certain time each day.  To be efficient we all are blocking out time for certain activities.  I always like to start any given day with my TO DO LIST...I always make sure I have at least 10 things I plan to accomplish by the end of the work day before 5PM.  I try to find ways to work harder in a shorter amount of time so I don't work Longer Hours...so in essence I suppose that is Smarter.  Side conversations with Realtors are nice but when you have a lot to get done, try minimizing conversations to focus on more to get done.  I am always In a "Hurry" to get things done.  Time Can Never Be Replaced So Always Use It Wisely!
